THE ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT

The 2 highest mixed use towers of Western Europe, 91 and 92 floors tall respectively (about 323 m high)

The lower floors host 4 small office buildings, a commercial center and student housing.
One of the towers features 20 floors of office space
The other tower hosts a five star hotel with 210 rooms, a panoramic restaurant and bar.
Each tower includes spa and fitness centers.
Both towers include 62 floors of panoramic residential units.
