LE FAUBOURG DE LARCHE
A project to create a 900,000m2 of new dynamic and urban neighborhood, connected to La Defense-Paris, with 450,000m2 of commercial space and 450,000m2 of residential products.
Completed in 2005, the Faubourg de l??Arche is the most recent neighborhood of the Courbevoie County. Its green spaces, recreational areas and walkways give this dense urban district a pleasant living environment. A large number of infrastructures support local activities.
It currently hosts 12, 000 inhabitants and is animated by the employees of surrounding businesses, the students of the Leonard de Vinci University and about 15 bars and restaurants.
Its bold architecture created by renowned designers (Michel Macary, Jean-Louis Viguier, Francois Spoerry) give a strong character to this neighborhood.
